Dr Hebb (& Mo Flinn, our current Family Practice Nurse), have accepted an offer to move to the new

Citadel Health Home as of January 2026. Dr. Hebb will remain your family doctor and be offering the same mix

of in-person and telephone visits from the new location.​

*NOTE: Although we are technically located in Park Lane Mall, there is no patient access to the clinic from within the mall itself. Patients can access the front door of the clinic from outside the mall on Dresden Row.

The new clinic is one of Nova Scotia Health’s Health homes. A Health Home is the word

we use to describe a way that care is delivered, where family doctors or nurse

practitioners work with a team, including family practice nurses, pharmacists, and social

workers, to provide coordinated, easy to access, and patient focused care. You can

Parking is always the first question with a new location.

 

PARKING

There is an accessible parking garage attached to the mall and an accessible entrance on Dresden Row

that patients can be dropped off at.

 

KEY POINTS

-Dr Hebb will be moving down the road to a new clinic located at the Park Lane Mall with parking garage attached.

-Dr Hebb remains your family doctor, simply in a new location

-Melinda (Mo) Flinn, Family Practice Nurse, is also relocating to the new clinic

-Dr Hebb will start at the new location on Jan 2nd 2026. Before this, we

will continue to operate out of our current location.
